I had terrible experience today.It was a work of ‘TEST’ at Predlabs through ACKO and Medpiper.The coordination and alignment among them is so bad that sitting in Predlabs is so uncomfortable that these people look at you as if you are an unnecessary guest. They also become more rude when there is communication gap among Acko, medipiper and Predlabs and documents not reached to Predlabs. Predlab’s executives are low rank with responsible people absent seems to be authority dictating everybody and I was shocked to see the behaviour. My documents did not convince the executive and he ordered all staff not to entertain us and stop everything . Just unimaginable that he ought to have contacted Predlabs management . Medipiper and Acko has no direct contacting facility, everything is in bad shape for such a priority service in these three organisations.However technicians are polite and well behaved.PR and human touch lacking. So all is not good and grossly unsatisfying for citizens here. V P Upadhyay

Wish Google provided option for negetive rating. I could not have visited a worse path lab in my life. No Time management. You have to remind them n be aware that they don't miss any tests. X-ray machine is a junk....works when it feels like. Till then just keep waiting. Untrained, unskilled, non customer centric and wierd staff. Pigeons just roam around in the waiting hall....great... Request you all to avoid this path lab please 🙏

I had a very good experience with PredLabs as they provide the test reports both in soft copy as well as hard copy which is very convenient these days. Staff and doctors are very polite and caring. I will definitely go and recommend my friends and relatives do their tests done here.

This is a very good diangostic center. All staffs are very polite and caring. They give their 100% service to each & every patient. Technicians are well trained. Reports are as per time. I will definitely recommended to my friends and family members.
